SoYoung was born out of desire to overcome self-limiting beliefs and step into a mindset of empowerment. Through foundational practices, such as a deep meditation practice and alternative healing modalities, a shift from a self centred focus to one of contribution and purpose has emerged. Our give back initiatives support organizations that align with women’s and youth empowerment, children’s mental health, and personal transformation, such as Good to Be Good Foundation, The Good Challenge, Trails Youth Initiatives, Yonge Street Mission, and Canada Helps.

GOOD TO BE GOOD

Established in 2016, GOOD TO BE GOOD is an intersectional, community-wide, grassroots humanitarian and advocacy nonprofit organization on a mission to serve marginalized communities and help build a kind and equal world.

"Our vision for an equitable, compassionate, and sustainable world for all continues to be guided by a feminist, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma-informed interconnected framework. Our human rights-based efforts are rooted in a commitment to gender equality, equity, and peace building and ensure a gender-responsive focus that addresses issues impacting women and girls, particularly BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) women, gender-diverse folks, and marginalized communities"

THE GOOD CHALLENGE

The GOOD Challenge was created to help charities engage their communities with philanthropic experiences that can be done from anywhere, are really fun, and are designed to foster human connection. We pride ourselves on being low footprint, high give back, and on making sure the charities we work with get to focus their time and resources on the important work they do. Our experiences make giving back more fun, accessible, and rewarding. Take The GOOD Challenge for a cause you care about with the people you care about, including your family, friends, kids, love interest, or your colleagues.
