This program was inspired by the fact that SoYoung itself exists as a result of my taking small, consistent steps towards a vision of who I wanted to be and what I wanted to create in the world. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation of daily and / or weekly practices that have resulted in a slow transformation of my own emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellness that has become infused into our brand values and messaging.

WHY
The vision behind this program is to co-create this process of slow transformation with others who are also interested in stepping into their own empowerment, defined on their own terms.

WHAT
Creating a community of accountability adds a dimension of potency and support that allows us to lift each other up on the days when we don't feel capable.

WHO
Anyone who has the desire to commit to creating consistent, healthy habits in their lives, and wants the support of a group while doing so.

Frequency suggestion: you should choose at least one habit that is your anchor habit that you commit to daily, and then add others that can be less frequent.
